Talent Clue was born to change this way of understanding personnel selection.

After a solid career in the Human Resources sector, we detected a clear disconnect between how companies attracted clients and how they tried to attract talent. While marketing was evolving towards more relational and personalized models, recruitment remained focused on publishing offers and waiting for responses. From this reflection arises the Inbound Recruiting Methodology, an approach that applies the principles of marketing to recruitment to build authentic relationships between companies and candidates.

Since 2013, Talent Clue has developed a platform designed to help HR teams work better: automating low-value tasks, centralizing processes, and offering tools to improve the candidate experience at every point of contact. Our goal is not only to help fill vacancies, but to do so more efficiently, strategically, and humanely.
